Durham Basement Pros focuses on one thing: keeping basements dry. We install interior drainage systems, perform exterior waterproofing, repair foundation cracks by injection, and install sump pump systems with battery backups.

1. You call or request a quote online. We schedule an on-site inspection, usually within a few business days.
2. We find the water source. We walk your basement with you, trace staining and efflorescence, check the foundation walls, grading and drainage outside, and inspect your sump setup if you have one.
3. You get a plain-language explanation. We tell you what's happening, why it's happening, and what your options are — including when the honest answer is "this doesn't need major work."
4. Fixed written quote. One number, in writing. The quote is the price — no surprises mid-job.
